Zero project pioneered early in 2017 a unique set of parameters for the Equihash PoW algorithm, 192/7 (now known as Equihash Zero). These increased the algorithmic complexity well over 10X and a GPU with 4GB RAM is required and 8GB RAM is strongly recommended to mine Zero Currency.
